The course is divided into four parts:

  • Valuing and expressing the inner self
  • Accepting the real self and living in self-esteem


  • The role of perception in living self-esteem
  • Using meditation to be self-empowered
  • The power of thought
  • Identifying personal strengths, abilities and uniqueness


  • Creating and empowering a positive vision of the self
  • Factors that maintain a healthy mind and body
  • Sustaining behaviour which strengthens self-belief


  • Developing the art of relationships
  • The effect of attitude, language and behaviour on others
  • Effecting change without expectation
